Get a More Accurate Quotation for Your Custom Metal Parts

1. Provide a Technical Drawing
Where available, include a 2D engineering drawing or 3D model.
Your drawing should show:

- Pre-galvanized steel
- Electro-galvanizing
- Powder coating
- Other specified finishes
For galvanized components, identify the required standard and edition, coating criteria and inspection documentation where applicable.
For powder-coated products, include the required colour, coating specification and any preparation requirements.
4. Confirm Quantities and Order Forecast
Manufacturing costs can depend on the production volume and process.
Please provide:
- Sample quantity, if required
- Initial order quantity
- Estimated annual demand
- Expected repeat order frequency
- Any packaging or labelling requirements
For products requiring dedicated tooling, it is also useful to discuss expected volumes and future demand.
5. Clarify Quality and Delivery Requirements
Before confirming an order, buyers and manufacturers should agree on critical dimensions, inspection requirements, sample approval and the expected delivery schedule.
For export orders, it is also helpful to specify the destination market and required packaging.
